  Dr. Kessler is great he has good bedside manners and did a great job. The nurse Melanie was amazing as well she is a keeper. She was very comforting and ready to help anyway she good. She has a big heart for what she does. Do not let her get away. The two of them together are a great team.

  This office is so slack and the front desk staff acts as if they don't even want to be there. You can't never get any help with your questions because no one will answer the phones. They'll prescribe you medicine and you're on your own getting answers if you have any questions, unless you drive back to the location (like I had to do). Granted Dr. Jones is AMAZING especially after switching from Dr. Parson who in my opinion sucks. The only good experience there is Dr. Jones he's always pleasant and he knows his stuff. If he ever leaves they will definitely lose my business. Very unprofessional place they use to be decent years ago, I wonder if they're under new management?

  I had read these reviews before my appointment today, honestly I was scared. Then I go to their office, my wait was not 2 hours like some of these people, it was a pretty normal 15 minutes. The people at check in were prompt and courteous. I saw Dr. Jones, who was very pleasant and professional. I see several doctors and I understand the offices who have a bad day and those who always have a bad day. Charlotte ENT and Dr. Jones get all 5 stars from me!
